CareerMapper does not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Suitability

7. No Employment Guarantee

CareerMapper does not:

• Offer employment.
• Act as a recruitment agency.
• Guarantee interviews.
• Guarantee job offers.
• Guarantee promotions.
• Guarantee salary outcomes.

Any job recommendations, career paths or opportunity suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Employer and Advisor Accounts

Employers, recruiters, advisors, colleges and training providers may use CareerMapper to review candidate information.

Employers agree:

• Not to rely solely on AI-generated outputs when making employment decisions.
• To conduct independent reviews.
• To comply with applicable employment and data protection laws.
• To use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment, education or support purposes.

CareerMapper accepts no responsibility for employment decisions made by third parties.

9. Assessments and Interview Scoring

CareerMapper may provide:

• Readiness indicators

Scores may vary over time and are not guaranteed to reflect real-world performance.

10. Job Listings and External Opportunities

CareerMapper may display jobs sourced from third-party providers.

CareerMapper:

• Does not control third-party vacancies.
• Does not guarantee vacancy accuracy.
• Does not guarantee vacancies remain available.
• Does not guarantee application outcomes.

Users engage with third-party opportunities at their own risk.

11. Availability of Service

We aim to maintain uninterrupted access.

However CareerMapper may experience:

• Maintenance periods
• Updates
• Technical failures
• Third-party service interruptions

CareerMapper does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerMapper shall not be liable for:

• Loss of employment opportunities
• Failure to obtain interviews
• Rejected applications
• Lost earnings
• Business losses
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for CareerMapper services during the previous twelve months.
